My video won't play in Josh Phegan Digital

We know that technical issues can be frustrating.

If you're having trouble with your device, please submit a ticket here. In the meantime, you can still go to Josh Phegan Digital on a computer browser to access Digital.

Please note your device, software, and other apps may be affecting the functions of your app. Due to this, we may not have a resolution straight away. Below we have put some information to help troubleshoot.

Firstly, you need to ensure that your devices are updated, this includes any computer, mobile phone and mobile application if you are operating from a mobile device.

Naturally, you will get the best-streamed content when connected to WiFi with a strong signal.

You can change the settings to stream high quality and choose to 'Only download over Wifi' in the account settings by clicking on this button in the top right-hand corner of the mobile application.

If your content is not playing on your desktop, you can download any video, podcast or short course in the mobile application to watch back at any time.

To download content in the mobile application, click on the small down arrow on the right-hand side. This will turn to a blue tick once complete.

All content that has been downloaded will show up in your library, in the downloaded tab.
