Call Session Tracking (Desktop)

  1. Open Josh Phegan Digital in the web browser on your computer and navigate to the Menu (this is the hamburger menu icon in the top right corner) and select Call Timer from the menu.

2. This will open the timer in a new window. The timer is set for 45 minutes for each call session. You can track the number of calls, connects and appointments you make each day while in the call timer. Make sure when entering your appointment details to separate your specific appointment data into buyer appointments, market appraisals or listing appointments.

3. After saving and ending your call session, your numbers will automatically be added to your Stats Tracker. To open the Stat Tracker, go to the Menu bar and select Stats Tracker.

4. This page can view your previous call sessions and appointment data, filtering between the last day, week, month or year.
