Adding Team Members

  1. Open Josh Phegan Digital in the web browser on your computer. Note, you cannot create/edit teams in the Josh Phegan App.

  2. Navigate to the User Menu (this is the person figure in the top right corner) and select Team Management. You will need to have already created a team to be able to add members. For more information on creating a team see the link at the bottom of this article.

  3. Click Add new team member.

  4. Enter the details of the person you wish to add to your team in the pop-up window.

  5. If you are going to be funding the team member's Digital subscription, click the check box Add user to my subscription. Please note if you are funding the team member yourself, you may need to add extra seats to your plan first. See below for more information. If the team member will be paying for their subscription themselves, make sure you untick the Add user to my subscription check box.

  6. Select the role you would like the team member to have inside your team.
    ​Admin: a team member with the admin role has full access, they can update and see all team details, add and remove members, and have all content management functions.
    ​Content Manager: A Content Manager cannot edit any team or team member settings however they can upload and manage any content for the team.
    ​Member: A member does not have any admin roles, they can only view content that the team has access to.

  7. Click Apply. The team member will be sent an invitation to their email which will remain pending until they have accepted the email invite and logged in.

Adding seats to your plan

If you are looking to pay for another subscription on your plan, before you can invite that team member to your team you may need to add some seats to your plan.

  1. In the Team Management tab, click Add seats to your plan.

  2. This will take you to a billing page. On this page, you can see how many active subscriptions you currently have on your plan. To increase this, add the desired amount of seats and click Update billing amount.

  3. You can then go back to the adding team member steps if you wish to add them to your team.
